This restoration project seeks to preserve the historic Suwannee River Junior College and Madison County Training School. The result of Renovating the campus as a new vocational hub will provide advanced educational resources and services, giving the community access to academic, technological, and health resources. Some of the program that supports these goals are the auto car shop, black box theater, art studio, media studio, and many others. This restoration effort will help hone the skills of future generations in ever-growing, competitive fields.

The Bond Linear Park serves as a community asset that promotes economic development opportunities and gives residence of the Greater Bond community a nice neighborhood amenity to enjoy. Great for all ages, this park includes a basketball court, small fitness area, children’s playground, open field for sports, pavilions, a dog park, and a walking pathway that ultimately connects the park to a greater part of the community.  Our design efforts helped secure funds for an overall 6.4 million dollar development project. $500,000 of which will be allocated specifically to the Bond Neighborhood Park.
